  • 3 eggs 120g 4.3oz.
  • white chocolate 120g 4.3oz.
  • cream cheese *softened
  1. Seperate the eggs and place the egg whites in a large bowl. Let sit the egg whites in the fridge until you are ready to use them.

  2. Now, preheat the oven.Oven: Preheating will take about six minutes.Place white chocolate in a large bowl.

  3. Then, melt the chocolate over hot water.Meanwhile, whip the egg  whites with an electric mixer until firm peaks form.If it is thick enough, you can turn the bowl upside-down.

  4. Now, back to the chocolate, mix the chocolate until smooth. Then, add the cream cheese and melt them together.

  5. Now, remove the bowl from the double boiler, add three egg yolks, and mix well. Add one-third meringue into the cream cheese batter and blend well. Then, add the rest of the meringue half at a time and mix well.

  6. Now, rub some oil on parchment paper. In this way, the cake can slide down when it shrinks, so you can prevent the cake from cracking.

  7. line the cake pan.Pour the batter into the pan. Drop the pan lightly on the counter to raise the air bubbles out of the batter.Place the cake pan on a baking sheet.
