Healthiest Brownies (Vegan, Gluten Free, Oil Free)Looking for a healthy brownie that doesn’t taste like sawdust?Look no further! I know, that you wouldn’t believe me that this concoction of beans and oats can taste like brownies, but, Please, please, please try to make this the Best and Healthiest Brownies and you will be amazed! They are so damn delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (or 1 can) Black Beans (I have Red here, they also work perfect)
  • 1/3 cup Oats (instant will be better)
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder (that bitter real stuff!)
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tiny pinch Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Oil (I have coconut but any other flavourless oil will work)
  • 4 tbsp Maple Syrup (may be substituted with sugar and water)
  • 1/3 – 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 handful Chocolate Chips (or few squares of Chocolate)
  • Ice Cream for garnish.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Sugar

  • 4 tbsp Maple Syrup may be substituted with sugar and water
  • 1/3 - 1/2 cup Water

Instructions
  1. You wouldn’t believe how quick and simple is this recipe. It takes 5 min to measure everything and put it into a blender. So! Put everything, except chocolate and ice cream into a blender. Blend. Add a little tiny bit of water to help you make it smooth and pourable. 
  2. So hard part is finished, now it’s just matter of pouring everything into well greased and lined pan, covering with some choco chunks and baking in preheated to 190C (350F) oven for 35-40 min.
  3. Now you can feel how amazing your kitchen smells. so it’s time to get this beauty from the oven, let cool a little and transfer on some fancy plate.
  4. Serve with some vegan vanilla ice cream, Garnish and Enjoy this totally chocolaty fudgy delicious awesomeness.
