Best Grilled Shrimp Skewers with Mango Salsa Recipe


five tablespoons olive oil
5 huge cloves garlic thinly sliced
2 tablespoons sparkling lime juice divided

1 teaspoon salt
2 pounds massive shrimp shelled
6 timber skewers soaked in water for 15 minutes
