2 9oz packages of entire wheat cheese tortellini (use normal if you’re now not partial to whole wheat)
2 – 2½ C marinara or spaghetti sauce
½ – ¾ C shredded mozzarella cheese
1.Five tbsp parmesan cheese
2 tbsp greater virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to flavor
clean chopped parsley for garnish
