This Black Bean Brownies is perfect for Brownies Lover . It's fresh, easy, easy to make, healthy. the perfect recipe to make for your party...!
- 15 ounces canned black beans drained and rinsed
- 2 whole bananas regular size
- 1/2 cup agave nectar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup walnuts optional
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips optional
Into our food processor, we are going to add in our black beans, and our bananas. I hate the food processor, but it is a necessary evil at this point.
Next we are going to add in agave nectar as our sweeteners. Then we are going to add in unsweetened cocoa powder ,cinnamon, and a little bit of vanilla extract.Go ahead and put you lid on tight and give it a process or two
Add the brownie mixture to a large mixing bowl and add in your dry ingredients: quick cooking oats, walnuts, and chocolate chips, if you so choose to add those extras. Give it a good stir until all of your extra bits are evenly distributed, and then pour the brownie batter into a baking square that has been prepared with parchment paper.
then bake at 350 degrees F for about 30-40 minutes
