Ingredients
for dough:
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of psyllium scallops
Spices:
  • oregano
  • basil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
for filling:
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato juice homemade
  • basil
  • 80 g of mozzarella
Instructions
  1. In the bowl, mix all the dough ingredients. Add the eggs and stir well. Mix for at least 30 seconds for psyllium to drain all moisture. Heat the oil on the pan and sprinkle the mixture of dough and sprinkle with the spoon to be on all sides of the same thickness.
  2. Bake the dough on the oven for a couple of minutes on each side. When it is almost ready add some tomato juice, mozzarella and basil to the feta, then put in a couple of minutes for the cheese to melt.

Ingredients
  • 8 oz. uncooked spaghetti
  • 2 c. diced leftover fully-cooked turkey
  • 1 medium-sized onion finely chopped
  • 1/3 c. chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/3 c. chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 10.5 oz. cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. shredded medium or sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water, according to package directions.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine turkey, onion, red pepper, green pepper, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Add 1 ½ cups of the shredded cheese and stir until well combined.
  3. Add cooked spaghetti and stir until well combined.
  4. Spoon spaghetti mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Top with remaining ½ cup shredded cheese.
  5. Bake at 350℉ for 45 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly around the edges.
  6. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • healthy vegan raw nachos jicama
  • 1 large jicama
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 lemon for juicing purposes
  • 1 cup of Sunflower seeds
  • 3 scallions
  • 3 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
  • 1 sprinkle of paprika
  • 1 sprinkle of cumin
  • Toppings: Optional
  • salsa your favorite kind or make your own
  • 1 can of black olives
  • 1 avocado or guacamole
  • Tofutti brand sour cream
Instructions
  1.  Okay we want to start by attacking the jicama. Originally I went at this with a potato peeler, but that really wasn’t working. So 20 minutes into attempting to peel it I decide to cut it in half and behold the skin peels right off. Literally, it will come right off if you cut it in half and pull. Now that you have two halves of peeled jicama, you want to cut it into very thin chip like slices. You should have about a plates worth of jicama “chips” now ready for toppings and cheese!  
  2.   Now for the cheese, place your sunflower seeds into a pot and add about 1 cup of water and boil for around 10 minutes. 
  3.     Drain the sunflower seeds and put them into a blender. Add in the nutritional yeast, lemon juice, 3 chopped scallions, 1 chopped bell pepper, paprika, and cumin. Blend until you have a smooth consistency.  
  4.  Take your cheesy mix and pour generously onto your jicama chips. Now you can feel free to add whatever toppings you please. I chose to add sour cream, avocado, black olives, jalapenos and salsa. ENJOY 🙂

Instructions
  1. Colour onions and mushrooms in a large pan.
  2. Add Arborio rice and stock Stir well. Bring to boil.
  3. Cover with Multix Bake. Bake with lid on the pot.
  4. Stir through Parmesan, butter and parsely.and a bit more Parmesan!
  5. Serves 6. The whole family.

Ingredients
  • 400 g Carnaroli or Arborio Rice
  • 50 ml Cooking Oil
  • 200 ml Dry White Wine
  • 60 g White Onion - Chopped
  • 2 Litres Chicken Stock
  • 2 Tablespoons Softened Unsalted Butter
  • 400 g Smoked Salmon – Sliced into strips
  • 300 g Fresh Button Mushrooms - Sliced
  • 50 g Freshly Parmesean Cheese - Grated
  • 1 Tbs Chopped Italian Parsley
  • To Taste Salt
  • To Taste White Pepper Powder
Garnish
  • 10 g Sea Salt Crystal
  • 10 g Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 30 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. 1.Chop Italian Parsley
  2. 2.Slice 300g of Button Mushrooms
  3. Chop 60g of White Onions
  4. 3.Add 50ml of Cooking Oil to a Medium Heated Pot,Fry Chopped Onions till soften,Add 400g of Carnaroli or Aborio Rice,Coat Risotto with Oil Deglaze with 200ml of Dry White Wine,Slowly add 2 litres of Chicken Stock,Stir occasionally to prevent Chicken Stock from sticking to a pot Gradually add more Stock
  5. 3.Keep stiring till the Broth is cooked or when the Stock has achieved its desired texture
  6. 4.Add in Sliced Mushrooms,Cook for another 1 Minute
  7. 5.Season with Salt and Pepper,Add 2 Tablespoons of Unsalted Butter
  8. 6.Stir till the Butter melts,Add Smoked Salmon,30ml of Extra Virgin Olive Oil,Add 10g of Fresh Ground Black Pepper,10g of Sea Salt,Grate Parmesan Cheese over dish
  9. 7.Garnish with 1 Tablespoon of Chopped Parsley

  • 1 lemon juiced (about 1/4 cup)

  2. the zucchini up onto a baking sheet. Then take the juice of one lemon and drizzle it over the top of the zucchini.It
  3. gives it this nice little zing.Then we're gonna take some extra virgin olive oil and brush it onto the zucchini as
  4. well and we're gonna work just on those flesh parts. adds so much flavor itself that. add on some Italian seasoning right on to our zucchini then some garlic powder because garlic and lemon and zucchini pair
  5. 2.Season lightly with salt, or to taste, and sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder over.
  6. 3 Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat, about 350 degrees F.
  7. 4.Place zucchini directly onto a well oiled grate, flesh side down to start. Cook with the lid closed, about 10 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
