I also played around with adding strawberry puree to the stabilized whipped cream – it definitely holds up well. I have a batch of gluten-free mini cupcakes that I’ll be serving at our Holiday Open House on Christmas Eve, and I think I will try topping some of them with this Strawberry Whipped Cream. These sweet treats are an indulgence, but bite size portions help keep things in check.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup organic heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon organic sugar
  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream stabilizer optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 14-18 strawberries depending on the size
  • mini chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Place cream in a bowl. Mix stabilizer with sugar and pour slowly into cream as you beat the cream. Beat cream until fluffy.
  2. Cut strawberries in half, leaving about 1/3 of tip of strawberry for top (hat), and 2/3 of the strawberry for the bottom (body).
  3. Pipe whipped cream on top of each bottom, and place top of strawberry over whipped cream. Whipped cream filling will serve as the face of Santa. Gently place chocolate chips on Santa's face.
  4. Pipe dots of whipped cream on bottom strawberry to make buttons on Santa's suit.

Ingredients
Chocolate Waffle Cone
  • 1 C granulated sugar
  • 4 lrg egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 Tbsp butter melted
  • 6 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 11 Tbsp all-purpose flour
Choco Taco
  • Ice cream - any flavor I used blue bunny
  • Chocolate waffle cone recipe
  • Chocolate wafers
  • Chopped peanuts
Instructions
  1. Slice the rounded side off the ice cream, straight through the container
  2. Then cut half circle "log" into 5-6 slices.
  3. Lay them out and refreeze
  4. Mix all the chocolate waffle ingredients together, until smooth
  5. In a waffle cone maker pipe a log of batter into the machine (about 2 Tbsp)
  6. Cook for about 40 seconds
  7. Pull out the waffle cone "oval" and place one of the frozen ice cream half circles onto it, and wrap it up
  8. Place back in freezer, work about 3 taco's at a time, you don't want the ice cream to melt, it will make the waffles too soggy.
  9. Melt the chocolate wafers and let cool to room temperature, then dip the open ice cream side of the taco into the chocolate, covering all the exposed ice cream.
  10. Then immediately dip into the chopped peanuts
  11. Keep frozen until you are ready to serve

Ingredients
  • 12 ice cream sandwiches or 18 mini sandwiches
  • 1 medium size pack of Oreos
  • 1 large container of Cool Whip
Instructions
  1. Chop Oreos in food processor until finely ground.
  2. Add ground Oreos to mixing bowl containing 2 cups Cool Whip.
  3. Fold ground Oreos into Cool Whip until well combined — this is the "frosting."
  4. Place non-stick baking mat over a cookie pan. (We love these Reusable Silicone Reusable Baking Mats!)
  5. Place four ice cream sandwiches together in center of baking mat. Spread a layer of frosting on top.

Ingredients
  • 1-1/4 cups crushed pretzels
  • 6 tablespoons cold butter cubed
  • 3/4 cup hot fudge ice cream topping warmed
  • 2 packages 7-1/2 ounces each chocolate-covered miniature pretzels
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream softened
  • 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
Instructions
  1. Place crushed pretzels in a small bowl; cut in butter until crumbly. Press onto the bottom of a greased 9-in. springform pan. Cover and freeze for at least 30 minutes. Spread fudge topping over crust; cover and freeze.
  2. Set aside 16 chocolate-covered pretzels for garnish. Place remaining pretzels in a food processor; cover and process until crumbly. Transfer to a large bowl; stir in ice cream. Spread over fudge topping. Drizzle with caramel topping. Garnish with reserved pretzels. Cover and freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight. Yield: 16 servings.
Recipe Notes

 If you are unable to find chocolate-coated pretzels, use 1 package (11-1/2 ounces) milk chocolate chips, 4 teaspoons shortening and about 110 miniature pretzel twists. In a microwave, melt chips and shortening; stir until blended. With a fork, dip pretzels into chocolate mixture to evenly coat, reheating chocolate if needed. Let stand on waxed paper until set.

Ingredients
  • 2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Blue Food Coloring
  • 20 Chocolate Sandwich Cookies like Oreos
  • 15 Chocolate Chip Cookies
Instructions
  1. Break up 15 sandwich cookies and 10 chocolate chip cookies and set aside.
  2. Whip heavy cream, food coloring and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  3. Beat in condensed milk until color is uniform. Add additional food coloring if needed.
  4. Fold in broken cookies and transfer to loaf pan.
  5. Break up all remaining cookies and use to decorate top of pan.
  6. Place in freezer for at least 5 hours.

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. 13 oz. CHIPS AHOY! Cookies, divided
  • 1 container 1.5 qt. peanut butter ripple ice cream, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp. chocolate sauce
Instructions
  1. LINE 9-inch round pan with plastic wrap; stand 12 cookies, top sides out, around edge of prepared pan. Chop remaining cookies.
  2. SPREAD half the ice cream onto bottom of prepared pan; top with half the chopped cookies. Repeat layers. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
  3. UNMOLD dessert onto plate just before serving; discard plastic wrap. Microwave peanut butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 10 sec. or until softened. Drizzle peanut butter, then chocolate sauce over dessert.
