- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 Tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar for rolling
- 1 + 1/2 tablespoons water
- 3/4 cup - 1 cup powdered sugar
