  • 18oz package cream cheese softened
  • 1tbsp bell pepper finely chopped
  • 1tbsp onion finely chopped
  • 1tbsp chives finely chopped
  • 1tsp dill weed
  • 2cucumbers


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, pepper, chives, dill weed and onions. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Cut the cucumbers lengthwise, remove the seeds and fill each cucumber half with your mixture.
  3. Then cut again in 1″ chunks.
