Healthy Peanut Butter Fudge


  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • finely chopped peanuts (if preferred)
  • coarsely granulated salt (for redecorating, if desired)


  1. Place all components in a pan on the stove
  2. Heat over medium heat till starting to soften
  3. Whisk till all ingredients are combined and aggregate is clean
  4. Pour into muffin tin covered with muffin liners
  5. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts if desired
  6. Chill numerous hours until firm
  7. Remove from refrigerator and experience! Either field up as is or put off from liners, area on tray and sprinkle lightly with coarse salt to serve.
