Ingredients
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • black pepper
  • 2 tbs Land O' Lakes® Soft Squeeze™ Spread
  • 1 tbs finely chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400F (200C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the beaten eggs, cheddar cheese, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Use a large spoon or cookie dough scoop to portion out 10 biscuits, and place them on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until they are cooked through.
  5. Transfer them to a serving bowl or platter, then squeeze the Land O' Lakes® Soft Squeeze™ Spread over the warm biscuits.
  6. Sprinkle some finely chopped fresh parsley over the biscuits, then serve.
