  1. 1/2 c
    all-purpose flour
  2. 1/2 c
    cocoa, unsweetened
  3. 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  4. 3 oz
    semi-sweet baking chocolate
  5. 8 Tbsp
    butter, unsalted, cut into pieces
  6. 4 large
  7. 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  8. 1 c
  9. 1/4 tsp
  10. 6 Tbsp
  11. 1 Tbsp
    powdered sugar (if desired)

    How to Make Nutella Molten Chocolate Cake

    1.Preheat oven to 350F. Grease six 6 oz. ramekins

    2.In an oven roasting dish pour in 1/2 inch of hot water. Place dish in the oven.

    3In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa and baking powder.

    4.Combine chocolate and butter in a bowl, microwave on high, stirring once or twice, until almost melted (approx. 1 minute). Whisk until smooth

    5.In a separate bowl, beat eggs, vanilla extract, sugar and salt until pale yellow.

    6.Beat in the melted chocolate mixture

    7.Stir in the flour mixture.

    8.Fill all 6 ramekins halfway with batter.

    9.Drop in 1 tbsp of Nutella into center of each.

    10.Drop in 1 tbsp of Nutella into center of each.

    11.Transfer ramekins to the roasting dish

    12.Bake until cakes have risen and are cracked on top, about 35 minutes.

    13.Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
