- Cubed ham

Start by washing your potatoes and piercing them several times with a fork. Lightly coat with olive oil to help the skins crisp up and place in a preheated oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit to bake for 55 minutes.
Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the oven (be careful they'll be hot!) and slice length wise to create 2 pieces. Using a towel to hold the half, scoop out the inside of the potato.
