Ingredients
  • Sweet potato 2 nos
  • Oil To fry
  • Onion 1 nos
  • Salt To taste
  • Curry leaves 1 spring
  • Turmeric powder 1 pinch
  • Red chilly powder ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder ¼ tsp
  • Amchur powder 2 pinch
Instructions
  1. . Boil sweet potato but it should not be mashy.Remove peel and cut into roundels, later deep fry in hot oil.Once it is crispy and brown in colour. Transfer into paper towel.Heat oil in a pan, add onion, salt, curry leaves and saute it until it is nicely coloured.
  2. 2.d fried sweet potato, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder, amchur powder and saute it.Check seasoning and switch off flame.Now crispy sweet potato is ready to serve.

Ingredients
  • Potato grate 1 cup
  • Salt To taste
  • White pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Corn flour ½ cup
  • All purpose flour ½ cup
  • Salt To taste
  • Water ¼ cup
  • Oil 2 tbs
  • Green chillies 2 nos
  • Coriander leaves ½ bunch
  • Mint leaves ½ bunch
  • Lime juice 1 tsp
  • Salt To taste
  • Meethi chutney 1 tsp
Instructions
  1. Remove peel and grate potato and transfer into a bowl
  2. To it add salt, white pepper powder and mix nicely.
  3. In another plate add corn flour, all purpose flour, little salt and mix nicely.
  4. Take small dumpling of potato mixture and make flat round shape using hand and coat it with all purpose flour mixture and keep aside.
  5. In the leftover all purpose flour mixture add water, mix nicely to make slurry.
  6. Dip coated potato mixture and shallow fry in hot pan with little oil on both sides.
  7. Transfer into serving plate.
  8. Green chutney: In the mix jar blend green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, salt, lime juice into smooth green paste.
  9. Pour this mixture on top of fried potato and garnish with meethi chutney in the middle.
  10. Now the crispy potato is ready to serve

Ingredients
  • Refined flour - 2 cups 250 gms
  • Curd - 1/4 cup
  • Ghee - 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 3/4 tsp or to taste
  • Baking Soda - Less than 1/4 tsp
  • Boiled potato - 2
  • Green Coriander - 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Green chilies - 2 finely chopped
  • Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Dry Mango powder - 1/4 tsp
Instructions
  1. Take 2 cup refined flour in a mixing bowl. Make a hollow pit in it with a spoon. Add 1/4 cup curd to it,1 tsp sugar,1/2 tsp salt. Add less than 1/4 tsp baking soda,add 1 tbsp oil.Mix all ingredients at the pit.Mix all ingredients well .Add lukewarm water in small portions to knead soft dough.
  2. Grease hands with some oil, squash the dough for 4 to 5 minute. When ready Cover and keep it in a warm place for 2 to 2.5 hours.
  3. For stuffing take 2 potatoes, peel and crumble it. Add 1/4 tsp salt or to taste. Add 1 tsp coriander powder,1/4 tsp dry mango powder.1/4 tsp red chili powder,2 green chilies finely chopped and deseeded 2 to tbsp finely chopped green coriander. Mix all ingredients well.
  4. After 2 hours, dough is ready. Take a normal tawa.Turn on flame and heat the tawa. Pinch out a little dough. Make round ball. Coat it in dry flour. Roll it 3 to 4 inch in diameter. 
  5. Put 2 to 3 tsp stuffing over it. Close the naan by lifting the dough from sides.Press it with your palm.Spread the stuffing evenly on all sides.Coat it in dry flour again
  6. Roll out the naan in oval shape, keeping slightly thick. Apply less pressure while rolling. 
  7. Once rolled out, Grease one side of naan with some water,so that naan sticks to the wok.Pour some water on it with a spoonand spread well. Put the naan to roast over tawa. Once roasted from beneath,Hold the tawa by handle,flip the tawa with the naan sticking, rotate and let it roast till brown spots appear. 
  8. Once roasted take naan out from tawa. Put he naan on the bowl over plate. Grease with some ghee. Likewise make all naan. turn off flame.
Serving:
  1. Mouth drooling and luscious Aloo Masala naan is ready.You can eat it with and gravy sabzi,curd, raita or chutney as desired.

Ingredients
  • 220 g 8oz. potatoes
  • 2 tbsp. Katakuriko potato starch or corn starch
  • Sauce
  • * 2 tbsp. sugar
  • * 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • * 2 tbsp. Mirin sweet Sake
  • 2 tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1/2 Nori sheet
Instructions
  1. • Mix the sauce. Cut Nori sheet into 8 strips.
  2. • Wash and clean the potatoes. With the skins, place it on a microwavable dish, cover with plastic wrap, then microwave at 600w for 5 minutes until you can insert a fork or a bamboo stick. Remove the skins then mash.
  3. • Add Katakuriko (potato starch) then knead by hand.
  4. • Divide it into 8, then roll into flat circles. If they crack, moist your hand with water then roll again.
  5. • Heat cooking oil (about 2 tbsp.) in a frying pan, cook both sides of potato Mochi until crisp golden brown.
  6. • Remove the excess oil with a paper towel. Stop the heat, then add the sauce and cook with the remaining heat until the sauce thickens. You can heat more if the sauce is still not thick
  7. • Nicely coat the potato Mochi with sauce, then wrap in Nori. 
  8. • Yummy if you add some cheese in the center
  9. • Best eaten on the day you make but yes, you can keep in the fridge then microwave.
  10. • .You can also freeze them at step 3. Wrap individual potato Mochi in plastic wrap. When you eat, cook in the pan frozen.

  1. 1.peel and cut potato into medium thick pieces Soak for 10 minutes and then drain In a bowl add cornflour,salt and chilli powder mix well,To this add potato and mix keep aside for 15 minutes

  • 3 boiled potato
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • 2 tbs chopped coriander
  • 1 chopped green chilli
  • 3 tbscorn flour
  • 3 tbs maida
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • cheese cubes
  • water
  • 1 tspoon oregano
  • 1 ts red chilli flakes
  • salt
  • 1/2 ts ginger paste
Instructions
  1. take a mixing bowl add boiled potato and mash it now add capsicum,coriander,green chilli,ginger paste,oregano,red chilli flakes,salt ,2 tbs corn flour,2 tbs maida mix it well

  2. make a soft dough take some oil on your palm and makes balls take a cheese qube ,place it on center of ball and seal it all balls are ready.
  3. now take a mixing bowl add 1 tbspoon corn flour add water and make a very thin paste take a plate and place bread crumbs on it.

  4. now take a potato ball first dip in maida paste ,take out and cover it with bread crumbs,cover all the balls.

  5. place balls in fridge for about 30-60 minutes,heat oil in a pan and take out balls from fridge.

  6. .now fry all balls on high flame,serve potato balls with tomato sauce.
