so without wasting any more time, lets make the chocolate and walnut cake, lets get started!

Ingredients:

1 cup soft butter

1 and 2/3 cups granulated sugar

2 eggs

110 gm dark chocolate

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup hot coffee

1 and 1/3 cups all purpose flour

1/2 cup walnut

Hot coffee ( 1 cup boiling water + 2 teaspoon instant espresso coffee)

Ingredients
  • 1 cup soft butter
  • 1 and 2/3 cups granulated sugar

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 cup hot coffee
  • 1 and 1/3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup walnut
  • Hot coffee 1 cup boiling water + 2 teaspoon instant espresso coffee
Instructions
For ganache :
  1. I've taken chocolate chips here I'll melt them in the microwave, 1 cup boiling water, in which I'll add 2 teaspoons of instant coffee powder
  2. step 1:

    preheat the oven on 180 degrees celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenhe it and prepare the baking dish with parchment paper

  3. step 2,

    put the soft butter in a bowl, add granulated sugar and cream/mix them add eggs or vanilla extract mix well,now add melted chocolate, but make sure its at room temperature and not hotadd baking soda, cocoa powder pinch of salt, mix it well

  4. step 3:

    alternatively add hot coffee and all purpose flour mix in two batches till you get a smooth batter now add chopped walnut

    mix and pour onto our baking dish sprinkle walnut and chocolate chips, bake for 45 minutes at 180 celsius( 350 Fahrenheit) let it cool down for 10-15 minutes you can see how its dense and moist serve it like this with tea and coffee

    but I've prepared a chocolate ganache to pour on it for which I have added chocolate to cream and microwaved it on high

    and mixed itpour the chocolate ganache spread evenly, no need to be perfect here though super chocolaty dense

    I told you before, as soon as you get it out of the oven, take some out for yourself

3/4 cup (100 grams) all-purpose flour

3 tablespoons (25 grams) semolina

1 teaspoon baking powder + pinch of salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping: 3.5 oz (100 grams) dark chocolate (60-70% cocoa) + 2 tablespoons (30 grams) butter

  • 3/4 cup 100 grams all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons 25 grams semolina
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder + pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Topping: 3.5 oz 100 grams dark chocolate (60-70% cocoa) + 2 tablespoons (30 grams) butter
Instructions
  1. First peel the carrots.this step is easy, just use a vegetable peeler.Then, grate the carrots using the big wholes of the grater.this step is not as easy, but hey, you are working your arm muscles here.
  2. Chop the chocolate try to use good dark chocolate 60-70% cocoa, it will make a huge difference in the taste. 
  3. Place the butter and sugar in a large bowl and mix them together. Now add the eggs and continue mixing until well integrated.Use a whisk its easier.Add the almond powder to the mixture. Add vanilla, Mix.Baking powder with a pinch or salt, mix.Semolina, mix.And sift the flour before adding it. Mix well. 
  4. Finally add the grated carrots and chocolate!!! mix until you get a soft smooth mixture. 
  5. Butter your baking pan first so that the parchment paper sticks to itthen butter the parchment paper and the edges of the pan. Pour the mixture in your pan and bake in a pre-heated oven at 360 F, which is 180 C.Bake for around 45 minutes and you will get this beautiful golden color cake.To test if its ready, gently press the center of the cake, it should feel firm.Let the cake cool down¦ then flip it on a plate. 
Make the topping
  1. by microwaving the chocolate with butter. Microwave in shots of 30 seconds only and mix in between. Otherwise, you will burn the chocolate. 
  2. Pour the beautiful chocolate sauce on top of the cake. Place the cake in the fridge and let it cool down.

  1. You wouldn’t believe how quick and simple is this recipe. It takes 5 min to measure everything and put it into a blender. So! Put everything, except chocolate and ice cream into a blender. Blend. Add a little tiny bit of water to help you make it smooth and pourable. 
  2. So hard part is finished, now it’s just matter of pouring everything into well greased and lined pan, covering with some choco chunks and baking in preheated to 190C (350F) oven for 35-40 min.

For this, we have taken 4 Eggs and break it in a vessel Add 120 g of sugar in the Eggs whip with a hand blender till sugar dissolves It is a Philips Hand blender link u can find in the description box.whip the eggs well After whipping it will expand to three times in volume. it has become like whipped cream very smooth and light weight. sugar has been dissolved and smell of egg will be vanished melting like a cream cake should be whipped well. it has expand Now keep it aside and do preparation for further procedure.
  2. Add 250 gm of all-purpose flour In a strainer to sieve it Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Add 1 tablespoons of baking powder sieve it all together carefully in bowl. It is very important for a perfect sponge cake. it should be mixed well
  3. Now start the hand blender again in the batter Add the sieved All purpose flour in the batter whiling whipping continuously. add flour little by little whiling whipping whole flour has been added to batter 

  4. Now Take a half cup of milk and add in the batter in little little quantity till the batter consistency become perfect It's consistency should be pouring like a flat ribbon Batter is ready now for baking now we will bake in microwave oven

  5. Now take a glass bowl. do not use any metal in microwave Moist it with butter on all sides, Place a butter paper in the bottom of the bowl with moisture.

  6. Take all the batter in one place Pour the batter in the bowl,Now place the bowl in the microwave oven Set the microwave oven in the highest temperature. Set the time for 5 minutes remove the bowl from the oven.
  7. Check the cake with a knife. If the knife comes clean. It is ready. Remove we will remove the cake from the bowl,Now u can decorate cake with your choice of icing or enjoy it sponge cake plain.
