The Best Caprese kabobs


20 toothpicks
20 cherry tomatoes
20 mozzarella balls
20 fresh basil leaves
Salt and sparkling cracked pepper
Balsamic glaze


Pierce the tomato, mozzarella and basil thru the toothpick. Place on a plate after which sprinkle salt and pepper on top of the kabobs. Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the skewers simply before serving.


For an smooth home made balsamic glaze, simmer half of cup balsamic vinegar on low warmth for 10 minutes. Allow to chill.
