- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar substitute
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup flour (while wheat)
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter and brown sugar substitute.
Gradually add vanilla and egg to butter mix.
Begin stirring dry ingredients into mixture alternating with the milk.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Form cookies and bake 10 to 14 minutes until crisp.
