• ¾ cup butter
  • ⅔ cup evaporated milk
  • 12 ounceswhite chocolate chips, chopped
  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 2½ tsp maple extract.
  • 2 cups chopped walnuts
  • 7 ozjar marshmallow creme


  1. Preheat oven to 350 levels.
  2. Spread walnuts in a unmarried layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 5 mins then stir. Bake an extra 5 mins. Let cool
  4. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray. Line with parchment paper.
  5. Combine butter, sugar, and evaporated milk in a heavy bottomed saucepan.
  6. Bring to a boil over medium warmness, stirring often.
  7. Once at a full boil, maintain boiling for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  8. Remove from warmness and stir in white chocolate chips. (I use a whisk to get out all of the lumps.)
  9. Stir in marshmallow creme and maple extract.
  10. Stir in toasted walnuts.
  11. Pour into organized dish.
  12. Let cool completely.
  13. Cut into squares and serve. Top with extra toasted walnuts if preferred.
