- 1 complete bird around 5 kilos, insides eliminated and washed and patted dry
- 1 tablespoon of paprika – greater or less to flavor
- three Tablespoons of steak seasoning – greater or less to flavor
- Salt and Pepper
- Season bird, inside and out. Cook in gradual cooker lined with foil balls on high for 3 to 4 hours. Chicken must be cooked to one hundred sixty five stages.
I like to apply the juices at the lowest of the slow cooker to baste the chook even as it’s far resting, simply to feature even greater taste.
Though the skin is flavorful, it doesn’t actually get crispy with this cooking method.
I use a five quart sluggish cooker, and my chook suits perfectly.
Resist commencing the lid to test development, sluggish cookers take a long time to come back as much as temperature and cooking time will want to be prolonged.
