The Best Vanilla Blueberry Muffins


  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 Tbsp of baking powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla paste
  • three/4 cup of sugar
  • 4 tbs melted butter
  • half tsp baking soda
  • 1/four tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups of buttermilk
  • 1 half cups of blueberries


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 and grease a muffin pan with a few baking spray.
  2. In a massive blending bowl, whisk egg, sugar, melted butter and buttermilk.
  3. Sift in the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Whisk collectively till easy.
  4. Whisk in vanilla paste.
  5. Fold in blueberries.
  6. Fill the muffin pan cups three/four full with muffin batter and bake for 30-35 mins (Do a toothpick test around half-hour to test if they are executed. Tip: insert the toothpick within the batter element and strive now not to hit the blueberry).
